All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include the 10% GST where applicable. Postage and handling is additional and will be added to your order before checkout.

Out of Stock Items

I make every effort to ensure I have ample stock of all items at all times. However, on occasions, some items in the store may be temporarily unavailable. If I am out of stock of your favourite item, please send an email to melissa@scrappinhappy.com.au to ensure that an order is placed as a priority.

Item Descriptions and Images

Every effort is made to ensure that item descriptions are accurate and that all items have an image available. All items have been photographed to depict the true colours as accurately as possible, however, the colours on screen may vary slightly from the true colours due to different screen resolutions. All images are copyrighted to the supplier of the products.

Payment Options

There are 3 ways to pay for you order:

DIRECT DEPOSIT

I accept payment directly into my bank account. If you choose to use this method of payment, please select this option when completing your order, and my bank account details will be displayed for you.

NB: Your order will not be sent until the money has been cleared in my bank account, it can take up to 2 working days to clear.

PAYPAL

If you choose this method of payment during checkout you will automatically be sent to the Paypal site to log in and pay for your order through Paypal.

CREDIT CARD via PayMate

When you select this option you will be automatically sent to PayMate’s secure processing page where you will be requested to enter your credit card details to pay for your order. The payment will be processed immediately so that your order can be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, due to the charges that are associated with Paymate, there will be a 2% surcharge on any order that is paid by credit card.
